main courses and puddings from which your party can choose.

If you have a personal favourite that you would prefer that is not listed here, please ask. An order from your chosen menu will be required 7 days before the date of your party.

Pea and potato soup with crème fraiche
Pan fried Cornish scallops, cauliflower puree, black pudding & baby watercress
Chicken liver and brandy parfait, onion marmalade and peppered crostini
Pork & apple terrine, Queens Arms chutney, hazelnut, apple and chicory salad
Pickled figs, baby mozzarella, basil & pine nut pesto
Devon white crab and chilli mayonnaise, brown crab pate on toast and lemon dill

Main Course
Slow cooked duck leg, sautéed potatoes, samphire, broad beans and peas
Sautéed free range chicken breast, pan haggerty potato, wilted spinach, vegetable crisps and tarragon sauce Roast lamb rump with a garlic, pea, broad bean and spinach risotto, red wine sauce and baby watercress Thai green vegetable curry, coriander and cardamom spiced rice
